Day One of V Magazine shoot with Sebastian Faena.

We shot seven beautifull images on day one at Vizcaya in Miami Florida.

Working on a quad-core mac pro with an Eizo and tethered to the Canon Mark 3ds we shot 1700 frames, nearly 50Gb!

The Canon utility for tethered shooting works very well and is rock-solid stable. The only draw back is that clients have to wait a while to see the current shot as the hugh files that the gorgeous mark 3 produces take a while to transfer over when the buffer is full. Who'd of thought that a wait of about 15 - 20 seconds  would be a problem back in the days of film.
